Job description

We are looking for:

Technician – Mechanical & Electrical: The ideal candidate will be someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys resolving issues, has good mechanical and electrical proficiencies, and a willingness to learn. If your good at electrical, then we will train you on Mechanical, or vice a versa. This position will report to the Assembly Group Manager. As part of the Assembly Group, this person will assist in the building and on-site servicing of the Eagle product line of machines.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will have:

· Curiosity as to how things work.

· Ability to work with their hands and enjoy doing so.

· Desire to learn and understand how things are manufactured.

· A willingness to travel, domestically and internationally if need be.

· Ability to troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems.

· Desire to collaborate with the Engineering Group to improve design and efficiency.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

· Flexibility as to work assignments as these can change day to day / hour to hour.

· Ability to provide technical support and training to other staff members.

· Good interpersonal skills given the client interfacing component of this position.

· Ability to multi-task – critical in a small company where sometimes many hats need to be worn.
