Job description

Experience implementing or managing: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, Windows Updates for Business.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong understanding of: Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Major Incident Management.

Experience managing service delivery in a 24x7 support environment.

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device ecosystems.

Hands-on knowledge of: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Co-Management, Endpoint Compliance, Application Deployment, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, Experience designing and operating endpoint lifecycle management programs.

Experience managing endpoint environments supporting 2,000+ users and devices.

3+ years of direct people leadership experience.

8+ years of experience leading End User Computing (EUC), Client Device Management (CDM), Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, or IT Service Delivery functions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
