You will ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards while implementing innovative practices to deliver cost-effective and customer-centered engineering solutions.**How you will do it:*** Effectively manage and prioritize the workload of the Systems Engineering Team, ensuring progress and timely completion of engineering deliverables while maintaining high accountability for outcomes.* Develop and communicate clear processes and standards for the team, focusing on removing obstacles and facilitating streamlined workflows.* Provide precise engineering cost estimates during the project development phase.* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving to enhance processes, tools, and technologies, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are delivered.* Offer advanced technical support for application challenges, leveraging your expertise in application engineering.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to foster trust and diverse insights, ensuring cohesive project execution.* Lead the selection of controllers and devices to optimize installation costs and meet project specifications.* Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and make informed decisions.* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project development and execution.* Maintain engineering excellence by maximizing reuse of proven designs and adhering to high-quality standards.**What we look for:****Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least eight years of experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.* Proven leadership experience in supervising technical or engineering teams.* In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.**HIRING SALARY RANGE:** $91,200-130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) **This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.** This position includes a competitive benefits package. **The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
