Job description

Step into a Day in the Shop

You clock in for a 4-day work week, head to your Mazak or Haas, and pull up the job traveler. First task: verify the blueprint, set your work offset, touch off tools, and make a quick insert change. You run the first piece, check it with micrometers and bore gauges, and dial in a minor offset. By mid-morning, you’re alternating between a VMC and a 2–4 axis lathe, keeping quality tight and throughput steady. If you’re on the 2nd shift, you’re the go-to for steady production and set-up support—if you’re on 1st, you might jump in to help a teammate learn a new machine. Either way, you’re growing your skills every week in a stable, expanding manufacturing environment.

Open Roles

We have opportunities on 1st and 2nd shift for CNC Operators, Machinists, and Setup Technicians with experience on mills, lathes, or both.

What You’ll Handle
  • Operate and adjust CNC mills and/or lathes; manage offsets, tool changes, and insert swaps
  • Read blueprints and perform in-process quality checks
  • Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measurement tools
  • Perform setups (preferred for some roles; not required for all openings)
Compensation & Schedule
  • Up to $32/hour depending on experience
  • 4-day work week with overtime available
  • Join a stable, growing manufacturer with clear paths to learn new machines and advance
Benefits
  • Medical insurance
  • 100% company-paid Dental
  • 100% company-paid Vision
  • 100% company-paid Life Insurance
  • 100% company-paid Short & Long-Term Disability
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • 80 hours of PTO
Machines & Technologies You’ll Use
  • CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
  • CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
  • CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
Your Path Forward

Whether you’re already a seasoned setup technician or a strong operator ready for the next challenge, you’ll get the training and exposure to new platforms to keep elevating your craft.
