Job description

Job Summary: Commercial Office Cleaner

Chappell’s Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Day Commercial Office Cleaner to clean multiple client sites each week. This position requires flexibility and the ability to pivot between locations as needed. Candidates must have at least three (3) years of commercial cleaning experience. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain office spaces, hallways, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust
  • Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
  • Empty trash and recycling; replace liners
  • Clean glass, mirrors, and interior windows
  • Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain cleaning standards across several assigned locations
  • Adjust to schedule changes and travel between sites as required
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience required
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations
  • Must maintain an active cell phone at all times for receiving job assignments and clocking in/out at job sites.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods
