Job description

Camp Bow Wow provides a fun, safe, and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive a lot of love and attention! Camp Bow Wow Clarkston, the premier provider of doggy daycare and overnight boarding, is seeking exceptional Camp Counselors to add to our growing staff.
We have openings for both full and part-time positions.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) and training is provided:
  • Monitoring dogs in an open play yard environment.
  • Cleaning kennels and play yards.
  • Basic dog grooming, (baths & nail trims).
  • Monitoring the dog's personal belongs, feeding, water, and giving medications.

Job Qualifications:
  • Working most weekends and holidays is a must!
  • Passion for the care of dogs, no fear of dogs of any size.
  • Previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Must be dependable and punctual - an absolute requirement.
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
  • Must be 18 years old.

The following are preferred but not required:
  • Previous kennel experience preferred but not required, will train the right candidate.
