Join a team that makes a difference At Medical Alternatives, Inc., we are CARF-certified and have proudly served individuals with traumatic brain injuries for over 30 years. We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team.

No experience required. Paid training and certification provided.

What you'll do As a patient care assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting medication administration
  • Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
  • Providing emotional support and encouraging independence

Shifts available:

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
