DCF 45-hour Certification (DCF CERT)
DCF Certification - Staff Credential Verification
CPR Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Child Development Associates OR
Florida Child Care Professional Credential (must renew upon expiration) OR Higher Level Degree in General Studies with educational courses.

Responsibilities:

Applies knowledge of learning principles to develop age appropriate classroom programs and content.Follows national accreditation and licensing policies and practices.Attends periodical staff meetings.Supervises children to ensure safety. Ensures classroom meets local licensing standards.Monitors children's progress utilizing assigned resources. Conducts evaluations and analyzes results.Develops teaching schedule and selects or develops curriculum aids as appropriate. Updates curricula with new materials and content as appropriate.Works collaboratively with management and other teachers to assess learning/performance needs and to develop age appropriate learning solutions.
