Job description

Advantage Home Care is a locally owned, small company that values its employees. Everyone who works here, including office staff, were chosen because they have a heart for service.


We are looking for caregivers who want to make real money while making a difference in the lives of the elderly. We offer multiple schedule options, including FT or PT, and multiple options for time of day and day of week. The base caregiver rate is 18.00 to start, and we offer shift differentials of up to 1.50 for weekends, and higher for distance pay or higher required skills. We also offer a review within 120 days, and a raise at that time if you have been reliable and completed your training.
