Location: Birmingham - B37 7HQ
Fixed Term Contract: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Davies Group are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work within our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham.  
 
At Davies, we value transferable skills and qualities that focus on what you can bring to the role. While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us. 
  • Reviewing and dealing with damage notifications to closure from providers
  • Reviewing and dealing with parking violations
  • Invoicing and billing clients, including debt recovery
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients via telephone and email
  • Accurate data entry of client information and maintaining records
  • Review all available information to make an informed decision on liability and indemnity
  • Identify any possible fraud concerns
  • Reporting of motor accidents to relevant insurer
  • General administrative duties including processing traffic violations and fuel charge notifications
  • Ability to plan workload, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good literacy and IT skills
  • Motor Claims Management experience is desirable
  • Experience of Sage or other accounting systems would be beneficial
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision Good administrative skills
