  • Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description:
  • Shall coordinate, plan, prepare, publish, maintain, write, execute, assess, and brief operations from initial concept or task until the mission or operation is completed for a specific event, phased operation, or recurring task, mission or operation. Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products. Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Provides database nominations, creates and updates databases and uploads TMs into databases.
  • Shall develop HUMINT leads, based on Army G2, IG2X and/or unit collection and targeting strategies, by conducting extensive research using multiple classified and unclassified resources and databases in support of current and future full spectrum US Army HUMINT Operations.
  • shall conduct research and develop responses and Lead Tenders on RFIs on collector generated leads, once the lead is validated by the Officer in Charge (OIC) as a lead that can potentially satisfy an intelligence collection requirement.
  • Shall provide the leads to the TRB as a Target Nomination Package.
  • Shall provide assistance on additional leads that are reported from other sources to the TRB by assisting in the evaluation of nominations for passage by the Government directly to the appropriate supported operational element(s) for their action.
  • Shall prepare and provide to the supported element Lead Tenders, Operational Support Packages, and Target Development Packages.
  • Shall liaise with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.
  • Shall pass CI leads that are developed out of the HUMINT leads to the appropriate HUMINT elements for their consideration.
  • Shall continuously assess asset reporting.
  • Shall assess and prepare production reviews in conjunction with Source validation boards.

Job Requirements
Required experiences:
  • Must be a graduate of any of the following courses: HT-JCOE - Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or predecessor/equivalent. Other - FTC, OTC, MOTC, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector.
  • Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume: Understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activities.
  • Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
  • *College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Required education:
  • High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Associate's degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
