Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / PowerApps Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications while ensuring compliance with organizational security, data privacy, and governance standards. The role requires experience building scalable low-code solutions, implementing modern ALM practices, and integrating multiple Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Build responsive canvas applications using advanced formulas, reusable components, and modern UI/UX practices.
  • Develop automated business workflows using Power Automate with advanced expressions, loops, and data operations.
  • Integrate Power Platform applications with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Design scalable backend data structures using Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and SQL Server.
  • Manage large SharePoint datasets while addressing delegation limitations and optimizing application performance.
  • Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Power Platform Solutions across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments and solution management.
  • Ensure applications comply with enterprise information security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Implement data masking, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and secure data handling practices.
  • Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications for performance and usability.
