As a Real Estate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
  • JD from accredited law school
  • Admitted to Texas State Bar and in good standing
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions (if you have experience in datacenter/hyperscaler transactions that is a big plus!)
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs
