As a Data Engineer III at Deloitte, you will lead the end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise solutions on the Databricks Platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, using your deep, real-world project experience to architect solutions that encompass data engineering, data science, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities:

  • The Audit AI & Automation Senior Consultant will support designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and workflows within Databricks
  • Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like PySpark, SQL
  • Implement and optimize data workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, and operationalization 
  • Work closely with technical managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions 
  • Monitor data pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and ensure data quality and system reliability
  • Support creation, enforcement, and monitoring of proper data governance of financial data for classified programs

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Databricks certifications (e.g., Data Engineer Professional, Machine Learning Professional) are highly preferred
  • Public sector experience preferred
  • Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance preferred
