Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end project management for Publicis Toronto with a focus on custom projects. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Decision Science to deliver project excellence throughout the client's CRM Marketing ecosystem.

You will improve how our teams prioritize against our business strategy, drives cross-functional execution and accountability, and help the agency gain competitive advantages with the client. We are looking for a self-starter, change agent, and exceptional problem solver with a demonstrated track record of leading large, cross-functional projects. You'll participate in strategic planning and drive the delivery of our most important priorities across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management of CRM & customer lifecycle initiatives, including but not limited to driving cross-functional engagement, timeline setting, task management, resourcing, and workstream alignment.
  • Maintaining operational and communication cadence to hold partners accountable and ensure flawless delivery of programs with efficient stakeholder management.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as operational model development, collaboration, documentation, resources alignments, testing, and issue communication.
  • Planning, testing, scoping and issue management for new platform enablement, launching new channels (In-App Messaging, Mobile Notification Center) and/or implementing new tools (Project Management platforms, Ticketing)
  • Attending multiple project check-ins, maintaining agenda and action items and ensuring tasks are followed up on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or campaign management managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with long term-vision planning and managing a cross-functional, transformative companywide initiative with high visibility.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and cross-functionally with the business.
  • Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with common development processes (e.g. Agile); certifications are a bonus.
  • Proficiency with project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Workfront and other software such as Mac OS, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of email / push notifications development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working in Braze or a similar CRM deployment platform.
    • Highly proficient multitasking and ability to parallelize multiple workstreams.
Additional Information

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $90,000 - CAD $100,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
