* Resolve issues fully and ensure clear follow-through

* Protect relationships and support repeat business growth

Sales and quality

* Conduct in-home estimates using established pricing and process

* Perform quality checks and coach field teams as needed

* Ensure consistent service standards across all jobs

Administrative support

* Assist with payroll, invoicing, inventory, and recruiting tasks

* Experience in fast-paced service environments (home services, healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, logistics, property management, etc.) preferred

* Experience with hiring, training, coaching, and accountability

* Strong customer service judgment and communication skills

* Comfort using CRM systems, google suite, scheduling tools, email, and text platforms

* Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently

* Valid Illinois driver’s license and insurable driving record

* Ability to pass a background check (as permitted by law)

* Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (7:30-4PM most days).

What we provide

* $27-$31 per hour, based on experience

* Performance-based bonus program (after 90-day introductory period)

* Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay after 90 days

* Paid, hands-on training in systems, scheduling, estimating, and quality control

* Company vehicle for work-related estimates and inspections (gas and insurance included)

* Company cell phone after 90 days

* Branded apparel

* Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays)

* Direct access to ownership and input into business operations and growth
