We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in MongoDB Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, securing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise MongoDB environments while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-performing database solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Database Administration
- Administer, monitor, and support MongoDB databases hosted in Microsoft Azure.
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure MongoDB environments.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning.
- Perform database upgrades, migrations, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production database issues.
- Establish database monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
- Ensure database security, authentication, authorization, and compliance with organizational standards.
Application & DevOps Collaboration
