POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Manager role supports the regional sales team and will enable tangible growth and new vertical expansion. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence for Equipment Depot. This role will also assist with the day to day administration of SugarCRM and operational tasks.
This role is a high value-add business partner to the regional sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Collaborate with GMs and Sales Leaders to ensure annual sales goals are aligned with regional/branch annual business plans.
  • Effectively Manage the Sales Support Specialist role to ensure the following is accomplished:
    • Administer and support of CRM on a day-to-day basis
    • Ensure Leads and Opportunity and Quote pipelines are up-to-date
    • Ensure Accounts and Territory Tables are assigned to the correct sales rep
    • Ensure LiftNet and other databases are appropriately communicating with CRM
    • Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution events
    • Design and configure changes to workflows, reports, dashboards, database fields and screens
    • Identify areas of opportunity and drive the organization to achieve maximum optimization of CRM platform
    • Respond in a timely fashion to end users needs, analyze/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general system issues
    • Keep abreast of new features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
    • Assist in CRM software testing
    • Train, instruct, and educate groups and individuals in a team environment
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Track, Analyze, and Present KPIs including Pipeline Growth, Market Share Reports, Participation and win/loss rates, and quota attainment and identify individual performance areas for improvement.
  • Present Monthly and Quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with actionable sales goals.
  • Set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify, build, and manage additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration.
  • On-board and Train sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional sales operations tools.
  • Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies.
  • Co-Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives with Regional Sales and Branch Leadership for their respective sales team.
  • Collaborate with GMs, Sales Director, Sales Leaders, and RVP to develop sales initiative programs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director and Sales Leaders to ensure appropriate new equipment inventory and new equipment demo fleet is always aligned with strategic growth initiatives.
  • Track and manage Lease Expirations; drive accountability to sales reps and stakeholders to quote new units to Customers before lease ends.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors degree or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
Experience: 3 years minimum of progressive sales or sales operations experience
Computer Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (data filters, Pivot Tables, Data connections)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use any BI tool is a plus
