Job Summary: Leads the analysis, development, and implementation of business process improvements and IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with department heads and key stakeholders to identify and document specific business needs, while also ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts comprehensive evaluations of retail business functions to devise new or enhanced business processes and information technology systems that support organizational goals.
  • Collaborates closely with retail department management and key stakeholders to identify, document, and understand their specific business needs, objectives, and existing operational procedures.
  • Provides expert technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that optimize retail operations and customer service.
  • Authors and updates functional specifications for newly developed or modified retail business systems, ensuring all technical documentation is clear and compliant with industry standards.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with ten or more years of related experience in information security; or equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA), or similar certificates required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
