Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team! As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company’s software. You will gather information to identify the company’s needs and program clean and efficient code to meet those needs. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a proven ability to produce functional code.
Responsibilities 
  • Identify and evaluate the needs of the user
  • Develop software to meet those needs
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Fix bugs and address user concerns
  • Update software as needed
  • Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains company database[s].
  •  Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process. 
  • Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures. 
  • Develops and formulates internal standards, procedures, and conventions for internal database use. 
  • Works with technical/programming staff to ensure database security. 
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  •  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. 
Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role is preferred with 4 or more years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages
  • Experience with one or more web frameworks
