Job Description
At this time, we are seeking an intern with a combination of specific strengths to join our exciting company and the amazing technology we're working on! The ideal intern will be driven, passionate and able to thrive in an active environment!
Below are some examples of how these duties may be broken down - but we're flexible and are looking for the right intern to teach and train!
The Talent Acquisition Interns primary focus will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Team, and assisting with daily activities like managing traffic from AptoZen's website as well as working on projects that suit their skill sets and personal goals. The internship is approximately 15-20 hours a week.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating candidate information in database
  • Assist our talent Acquisition team in searching for and identifying best candidates for a variety of roles
  • Nurturing candidates who have created profile's in AptoZen's database by sending emails and answering questions as necessary
  • Using internal database and job boards to help identify and source candidates for prescreening process
  • Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed
  • Assisting with responding to emails and online inquiries from interested parties

Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Desire and passion to learn and work hard
  • Attention to detail and able to think proactively and outside the box for solutions as needed
  • Passion for start-ups, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition
