Position Summary

All-Temps Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter customer, employee, and business data into company databases and software systems.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Scan, upload, and organize documents.
  • Generate reports and spreadsheets as requested.
  • Answer phones and provide basic administrative support when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and personnel file maintenance.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
 Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
