Job Summary:
Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Database Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's databases to ensure security, reliability, and performance. The role involves installing and configuring database systems, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures and backup plans.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and update database software and servers.
• Continuously monitor database systems for performance issues and optimize them for speed and efficiency.
• Implement security measures, manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure data is protected from unauthorized access.
• Develop and implement regular backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss in case of system failure.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within the databases.
