(1) Oracle Exadata Platform Expertise - Hands on experience with Exadata architecture, performance characteristics, HA/DR, and operational support (on prem or OCI / Database@Azure).
(2) Oracle Database Administration & Migration - Strong DBA skills (19c+ preferred) including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, backup/recovery, patching, and executing VM to Exadata migrations with production cutovers.
(3) Oracle Client Connectivity & Integration - Deep understanding of Oracle client side connectivity (JDBC, ODP.NET, OCI clients, TNS, DNS based redirection, connection strings) and how applications consume Oracle databases.
(4) Application Migration & Validation Support - Ability to work directly with application teams to validate connectivity, performance, and functionality during and after Exadata migrations, including troubleshooting issues at the app/DB boundary.
