STRONG Pl/SQL, Database exp
Assist in migrating to Postgress- database moving to cloud.
Strong pl/sql developer needed
Strong Data warehousing exp
Financial industry a plus
Database developers
SQL Server skills are not needed.
Instead Oracle skills including Strong SQL and PL/SQL development expertise, database design principles supporting OLTP and analytic systems, data modeling.
Knowledge of Postgres is a huge plus.
Summary:
The main function of a Database/DW Developer is to be responsible for designing and maintaining an efficient database system by overseeing operations of the existing database management system and troubleshooting errors.
Job Responsibilities:
Work as part of the project team to develop an efficient database system
Oversee the installation and testing of new products and software in the database Modify existing databases as directed by management
