Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MongoDB Developer with expertise in MongoDB, NoSQL database design, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable document-oriented databases, optimizing query performance, implementing high-availability architectures, and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

*Minimum 10 years of experience in database development and administration.
*Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database technologies.
*Expertise in designing scalable document-oriented database schemas based on application requirements and access patterns.
*Strong knowledge of MongoDB aggregation framework, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
*Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and database optimization.
*Hands-on experience configuring and managing MongoDB replica sets and sharded clusters.
*Experience implementing high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.
