About the Opportunity:

Saratech is seeking a part-time Design Engineer. You will assist the Engineering Services/Design team with various support duties such as CAD modeling, part model check reviews, industry standard parts specifications and project planning. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to grow your professional network and contribute to the Saratech engineering team.

Salary Range:

  • $30/hour - $50/hour (DOE)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Provide real-time, customer feedback information.
  • Translating client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a team
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Prioritizing and organizing project tasks into the required timeline.
  • Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage.
  • Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools, Salesforce.com a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal
