Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in database technologies, infrastructure automation, and software development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in database platforms, infrastructure-as-code practices, automation frameworks, and modern DevOps methodologies. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, development, automation, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms
Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in at least one major database platform:
o PostgreSQL
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Oracle Database
o Equivalent relational database technologies
• Proven experience with:
o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, etc.)
o Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, etc.)
o CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices
o Scripting and Automation (Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting)
• Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, high availability, backup/recovery, and security concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions.
• Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, configuration management, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Provide technical leadership for application and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, cloud engineering, database administration, and operations teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Review code, enforce development best practices, and mentor engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving applications, databases, and infrastructure components.

Base Salary Range : $130,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
