HR Generalist
Job Description
The HR Generalist works full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, with a start time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and an end time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on business needs. In this role, you operate at a professional level alongside the HR team to support manufacturing operations. You apply your HR expertise across benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy administration, recruitment, employment law compliance, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.

This is a full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing-focused environment, with a Monday through Friday schedule and flexible start and end times within standard business hours. You collaborate closely with HR colleagues, operations teams, and associates across the facility. The work involves frequent use of computers and HR information systems, with extensive use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and may include working with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Copilot. The environment is professional and fast-paced, requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and a high sense of urgency. Dress is typically business casual, appropriate for an office setting within a manufacturing site.
