About the Role

This is not just a data entry position. This role is critical to how our products are presented to customers and requires a strong eye for detail, design, and accuracy.

You'll be responsible for creating and managing product listings on ShabbyFabrics.com, ensuring every image, description, and detail is polished, accurate, and aligned with our brand standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Photoshop skills, an interest in ecommerce, and a natural attention to detail.

What You'll Do
  • Upload and manage product listings on our ecommerce website
  • Edit, color-correct, and prepare product images using Photoshop
  • Ensure images accurately represent product color, texture, and quality
  • Create and modify product graphics, including adding logos when needed
  • Write and format clear, accurate product descriptions
  • Assign categories, keywords, and SEO data to optimize search visibility
  • Select related products and add-ons to enhance the customer experience
  • Verify product details across multiple sources to ensure accuracy
  • Identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues
  • Support additional projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity)
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Comfortable working on a Mac
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
