Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our 1,000,000+ sq ft manufacturing and logistics facility supporting modular data center infrastructure design and production. This position is responsible for all warehouse functions including inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and process optimization skills to ensure materials flow efficiently to support large-scale modular manufacturing and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures that ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout all operations.
  • Oversee material flow between the warehouse, production floor, and logistics teams to maintain seamless coordination.
  • Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, optimize storage, and support real-time reporting.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for equipment, raw materials, and finished modular components.
  • Establish performance metrics for warehouse efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory turns, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and project management teams to align material availability with project schedules.
  • Maintain facility organization, ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety policies.
  • Support budgeting, capital planning, and cost-control initiatives for warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management within a large-scale manufacturing or modular construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.
