What Impact You'll Have:
We are seeking a Senior Data Visualization Specialist to lead the development of high-impact visual products, dashboards, and interactive reporting solutions that support Intelligence Community mission operations. This role will transform complex information into compelling visual narratives that enhance leadership decision-making and operational awareness.

What You'll Be Owning:

  • Lead development of advanced dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reporting solutions.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint and web-based communication platforms.
  • Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual products, charts, maps, and infographics.
  • Provide technical and creative leadership for graphic design and visualization initiatives.
  • Support executive-level briefings and strategic communications efforts.
  • Mentor junior visualization specialists and ensure adherence to branding and communication standards.

What You Must Have:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, data visualization, multimedia development, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SharePoint, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience creating dashboards, charts, maps, and interactive visual products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting GEOINT mission environments.
  • Experience developing enterprise-level visual communication strategies.
  • Experience mentoring and leading visualization teams.
