Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)

In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. you will be responsible for performing analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amounts of data to support data-driven business decisions and development.

  • Support the development of data-driven solutions that enhance dealer inventory management and improve customer service outcomes.
  • Lead and support the collection, processing, and analysis of large, complex data sets, ensuring data is cleansed, structured, and ready for advanced analytics.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models to support high-volume data processing and business decision-making.
  • Apply machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights and enhance data capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data analysis requirements, scope projects, and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Generate and present actionable insights to leadership using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive business decisions.

Summary Pay Range

$81,370.00 - $122,060.00
