The Data Insights & Visualization Practitioner is responsible for building and maintaining data reporting solutions across Microsoft cloud environments using SQL, KQL, Kusto, Azure Data Explorer, Grafana, and PowerBI.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Create, update, and manage new and existing reports for COGs, Secure Future Initiative (SFI) KPI, buildout, and Livesite statuses from a variety of data sources, including Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) and SQL
  • Identify and collect performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for COGs, SFI KPI, Utilization, Capacity Planning, and Livesite improvement, and to surface business objectives and key results (OKRs) attainment
  • Identify and drive implementation of automated solutions to make COGs, SFI KPI, and Livesite processes more efficient
  • Intake, triage, and execute on new requirements from internal engineering teams
  • Conduct and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog grooming

Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor of Science in CS or other related technical discipline
  • 3+ years experience
  • Must have a valid US Passport

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working in Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud environments, particularly sovereign and air-gapped clouds
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Grafana, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), KQL, and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and automation solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Power BI, Microsoft Windows, Windows Servers, Office365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and intake processes
  • Knowledge of ServiceTree data, subscription hygiene, and cloud cost optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience supporting Livesite operations and incident management reporting

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Active U.S. Passport required
