Manager, Responsible Business Data & Systems

Overview Lead data, systems, analytics, and reporting initiatives that support sustainability, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. This role bridges Responsible Business objectives with the technology, data, and insights needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sustainability and environmental data collection, validation, governance, and reporting
  • Manage reporting systems, data platforms, integrations, and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting
  • Support greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory reporting
  • Establish data governance standards, controls, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Support customer, investor, and external reporting requirements
  • Collaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8+ years in data management, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applications
  • Experience with reporting platforms, Power BI, dashboards, and analytics
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, controls, and compliance reporting
  • Proven success leading system implementations, reporting transformations, or process improvement initiatives

Preferred

  • Sustainability, ESG, environmental, energy, utility, or regulatory reporting experience
  • Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability disclosures
