Job description

The Sponsor provides the data related technologies and services that training providers rely on to engage with the workforce, deliver training, and make business decisions. The Sponsor is focused on advancing learning goals related to a range of learning formats by facilitating data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation. The Sponsor is seeking a candidate skilled in data visualization and basic analysis to assist the team with accurate analysis and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill stakeholder's needs and facilitate data driven decisions
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI w/ FS Poly
  • Demonstrated experience using Python and SQL Developer programming language to extract, transform, format, and load data from a variety of sources/systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and obtaining datasets needed to respond to requests.
  • Demonstrated experience performing advance analytics (e.g., Artificial Intelligence)
  • Demonstrated experience visualizing data and creating dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep.
  • Demonstrated experience developing user-friendly, easy to understand reports and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to work with data and PowerPoint to create briefing decks.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating (written/oral) with clients and team members.
