JOB ANNOUNCEMENT


DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST: Assist R&D Director of psychometrics and Project Directors with all mid-level data management and analysis tasks; Execute routine operational psychometric analyses assigned, including

but not limited to item analysis, person analysis, reliability and validity analyses, scoring, using standard and customized psychometric analysis tools; Apply methods such as classical test

theory (CTT), item response theory (IRT), and other psychometric models to optimize assessment effectiveness; Provide data support with a variety of tasks during the data collection

phase, including writing scripts using SPSS, Python or SQL to automatically check incoming data for completeness; Be responsible for maintaining and updating clean datasets to be ready

for analysis; Designing and evaluating data visualization and graphical representation of data for stakeholder feedback, feedback reports, and interactive data tools; Ensure the accuracy,

reliability, and validity of diagnostic products through rigorous validation studies.


Master’s Degree in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Psychological Measurement or Related Quantitative Field.


24 months of experience in the job offered, Psychometrician or Related Occupation


Special Skills or Other Requirements: Knowledge of the Item Response Theory (IRT) and the Classical Test Theory (CTT), use of statistical software such as SPSS and Programming Languages including R, Python or SQL, in statistics scoring methods.
