Job description

A Visualization Developer will be responsible for designing front-end, business partner-facing solutions and delivering dashboard experiences that enable Purchasing and Finance teams to make better, data-driven decisions in support of Stellantis' commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of business partners to determine the best approach to effectively meet those needs through data visualizations
  • Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, data engineering, and data architects, to develop end to end reporting solutions Explore data to design, develop, and test enterprise-wide reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Visualize and calculate metrics, KPIs from various data sources
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to other IT and business personnel
  • Proactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies, bring innovative solutions
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including the automation of manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and tuning of application design to maximize performance and end-user experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Purchasing/Finance or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in delivering solutions utilizing visualization software tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of various data platforms, such as SQL, Snowflake, SAP, Hadoop, Oracle, AWS/Azure or other cloud services
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake Intelligence
  • Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business process flow.
  • SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, SAP AI/Joule experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Programming and Technical Skills: Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java, XML, SQL, Python, R, C++, C#, .NET, object-oriented programming, or other domain-specific languages.
  • Data Integration and Flow Management: Experience building and managing data flows from multiple sources, including spreadsheets, relational databases, flat files, cloud platforms, and big data environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL, ELT, data ingestion
  • AI/ML Knowledge
  • Project experience within an Agile, Scrum, SAFe framework
  • SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, SAP AI/Joule experience
  • Automotive domain expertise
