Primary Objectives

  • Work with diverse clients across varying skill levels, serving as an escalation point and trusted partner for complex needs.

  • Review client questionnaires and determine the most effective data processing methods to align with client research objectives.

  • Translate research objectives into actionable data processing in our online analysis & visualization tool, simplifying client report building and analysis.

  • Own larger, more complex client work end-to-end, from shaping requirements and data readiness through to final delivery.

  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring proficient use of our tools.

  • Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics, facilitating easy comprehension and sharing of results.

  • Achieve project objectives by delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

  • Contribute to product management and innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve templates, workflows, or tool capabilities.

The MUST Haves (ex: required skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • (7+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.

  • Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.

  • Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and meet client objectives in time-sensitive environments.

  • Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects with increased decision-making responsibility.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings.

  • Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO.

  • Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.

  • Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
