As Senior Data Analyst you will join our Seller & Listing Analytics team. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership teams to drive seller product performance through data. Your focus will include seller health, inventory, listings, packages, engagement, conversion, and retention. 

What You'll Do 

  • Partner with Product teams to define KPIs, measurement strategies, and roadmap priorities. 
  • Build and maintain trusted data models, ELT pipelines, and self-service datasets. 
  • Analyze seller onboarding, inventory, listing quality, engagement, package adoption, and lead performance.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve product usage, marketplace quality, and business outcomes.  
  • Support experimentation and impact measurement for product and AI-driven features. 
  • Deliver dashboards, automated reporting, and actionable insights.  
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve analytics workflows, automation, and reporting.  
  • Build analytics agents and self-service solutions that help teams access metrics and trusted insights.  
  • Mentor more junior analysts and promote data-driven decision-making.  

What You'll Bring 

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Applied Data Science. 
  • Advanced SQL and strong Python skills.  
  • Experience with data modeling and ELT/ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Databricks). 
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, experimentation, causal inference, and KPI design.  
  • Experience partnering with Data Science and ML teams.  
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics, automation, and workflow improvement.  
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Amplitude). 
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Athena, or Databricks. 
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.  
  • Excellent English communication skills.  

Nice to have 

  • Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, automotive, or subscription-based businesses. 
  • Knowledge of seller lifecycle, inventory performance, listing quality, and marketplace metrics.  
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, analytics agents, semantic layers, and metrics stores.  
  • Experience with forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, or pricing optimization.  
  • Understanding of web/app tracking, event taxonomy, and analytics QA.

The base salary range for this position is CAD $110k - $140k.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role, the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
