Title: Senior Data Analyst - Bilingual Reports to: Director of Strategy and Performance Analytics Summary Uniban is searching for an experienced and highly accurate Senior Data Analyst, highly motivated about all side of data analytics, adept at collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets and eager to build data visualizations. Passionate to work in team environments to drive business excellence and supports decision making.   Specific Responsibilities: * Interpreting data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide regular, timely, accurate reports and dashboards that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement * Gathering business requirements and perform quantitative analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions involving sales and customer performance * Work with Product Managers and Stakeholders to prioritize business data needs * Locate and define new process improvement opportunities * Enable business users to bring data-driven insights into their business decisions through reports and dashboards * Understand and communicate complex business concerns and solutions in clear and concise manner * Filter and clean data as part of each development initiative * Develop Qliksense semantic models, dashboards, and reports to drive awareness and understanding to provide actionable intelligence. * Locate and define new process improvement opportunities * Build strong relationships with the Operations and Insurance team and other departments supporting their initiatives * Assist in preparations and delivery of any key business analysis * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Other duties as reasonably assigned   Qualifications: * Degree Qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field * Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Data Modeling, Power BI desktop or other BI tools (Qliksense is a plus) * Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts * Must have experience building semantic data modeling and publish datasets accordingly * Demonstrated ability to use and develop data visualization and reporting technologies * Extensive experience using SQL Queries to extract data from relational database. * Practical knowledge of data in various forms (Data Warehouse, SSMS, SSRS) * Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work in an agile environment * Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes. * Excellent quantitative and analytical skills including sourcing, structuring, manipulating, automating, and analyzing data of various types * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, simplifying complex & technical topics in a manner understandable to both technical & business stakeholders * Advanced software use of Excel, PowerPoint * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Strong presentation skills * Ability to influence multifunctional teams to adopt and implement programs * A team player and motivated self-starter
