Job Functions
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Data Specialists, ensuring effective task delegation and skill development
  • Oversee the collection and validation of item data, ensuring it meets organizational standards and is updated in relevant systems
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data management workflows, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, IT, Supply Chain) to address data issues and enhance system functionality
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity of all data-related activities, including the setup, validation, and updating of product data
  • Lead and execute advanced data reporting, providing insights on trends, discrepancies, and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain operational reports
  • Ensure that master pack dimensions and weights are accurate and up to date to facilitate space planning and operational efficiency
  • Resolve complex data discrepancies and collaborate with the Purchasing and Vendor teams to address any issues
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and data management tools to drive continuous improvement across the team
Experience and Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP applications, product lifecycle management, and reporting tools
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while managing a team
