Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across various systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of information while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update records, documents, and patient-related information into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review incoming data for completeness and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Verify and correct data errors to ensure database integrity.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with processing forms, reports, and administrative documentation.
