Description:

The eDTS Service Line Lead, in collaboration with the TennCare Project Manager and eTMO, is responsible for planning, directing, managing, scheduling, and overseeing the overall Contractor Project Management activities as it relates to the eDTS service line. The primary focus is on providing an integrated view of all project and related program activities. The eDTS Service Line Lead is also responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of all security standards, practices, communications with TennCare CISO, and compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, NIST requirements, and FTI. The eBTDS Service Line Lead will lead the development of the business requirements and needs assessment for the Contractor’s awarded eTS module(s) and the architecting of a clear business solution. The eDTS is responsible for overseeing and managing all knowledge management, training, performance improvement and Quality Assurance activities, primarily focused on internal eDTS improvement recognition and option assessment for TennCare decision.

The eDTS Service Line Lead is additionally responsible for reviewing and assigning tester security access roles to the test environments at the time onboarding and subsequent revisions from test to test via maintenance.

The eDTS Service Line Lead will also perform and provide technical leadership for test activities to include planning, execution, and reporting.

Mandatory Qualifications

— Shall possess a minimum of five

(5) years of experience with database design & SQL and three (3) years of experience with ETL tools;

— Shall possess a minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of experience managing/leading eTS, programs and/or projects;

— Shall possess a minimum of five to eight (5 - 8) years of experience performing eTS;

— Shall possess previous experience following a standard Project Management methodology and in using various Project Management tools in developing project plans, delivering tasks, and tracking timelines and resources;

— Shall have successfully guided security compliance on at least one

(1) project with similar size and scope;

— Shall possess extensive experience dealing with Sensitive Data information systems;

— Shall possess a minimum of one

(1) year experience in data validation and/or data quality requirements, design, and structure;

— Shall possess previous experience serving in a quality control manager or lead position;

— Shall possess a minimum of two

(2) years of experience in Quality Assurance for a solutions similar to the  Enterprise Application and Interface Inventory ; and

— Shall possess extensive experience with SQL and data modeling/relational database design.

Preferred Qualifications

— Shall possess experience with the following programs: Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Striim.
