Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Solutions Engineer on the Data & Systems team based in King of Prussia, PA. The primary responsibilities include deploying and integrating datacenter and cloud storage, compute, virtualization, and backup solutions for our clients. The engineer will provide technical consulting, design and deployment expertise, collaborating with the Network and Sales teams as required for each project.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience serving as an Administrator or Delivery Engineer, partnering closely with Solution Architects to understand technical design and implementation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, upgrade and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions.
  • Skilled in requirements discovery, solution scoping, and technical validation, including leading customer discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and technical presentations.
  • Hands-on experience deploying enterprise-grade storage solutions (Everpure, NetApp, Dell, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience deploying enterprise-grade virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience deploying enterprise-grade backup technologies (Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault, etc.)
  • Foundational understanding of core networking principles and technologies.
  • Methodical approach to implementations with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to transfer technical knowledge appropriately and effectively to audiences of all skill-levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant industry and vendor certifications in datacenter technologies or cloud platforms are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Humble, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude—no ego, strong team orientation, and a desire to help build a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
