Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale SAP migration initiative. This role will focus on migrating data between enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, structural integrity, and a successful transition to the new SAP environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support data migration activities for a large SAP implementation or migration project
• Analyze, map, and migrate data between legacy systems and SAP environments
• Interpret complex data structures, file formats, and data models
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping
• Identify and resolve data quality issues during migration cycles
• Conduct reconciliation, testing, and validation throughout migration phases
• Support multiple migration cycles including mock migrations, UAT, and production cutover
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience supporting enterprise data migration initiatives
• Strong understanding of data structures, file formats, and data mapping processes
• Experience working with large datasets in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to analyze technical file structures and data schemas
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing
• Strong collaboration skills working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred:
• SAP migration preferred
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP transformation programs preferred
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, or data migration tools preferred
