Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / CRM Operations Intern to support our Sales team through customer data management, reporting, and customer insight initiatives.

This internship provides hands-on experience working with CRM systems, customer analytics, and sales operations within a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with organizing and improving customer data, supporting customer follow-up efforts, and helping identify trends that support strategic sales decisions.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to how sales, marketing, and operations work together to support customer relationships and business growth.

Internship Details
  • Duration: Summer 2026
  • Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
  • Job Type: Seasonal (Temporary), Part-time
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Upon successful completion internship you will be eligible for a $2,500 tuition reimbursement/educational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing customer data within CRM systems such as HubSpot and Global Shop
  • Support data cleanup and standardization efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with customer follow-up and feedback initiatives to help identify customer trends and future opportunities
  • Support customer lifecycle tracking, including order history and purchasing patterns
  • Help pull and review sales data to identify trends and support reporting efforts
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to customer activity and sales performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customer-related initiatives
  • Support process improvement efforts related to CRM usage and sales workflows
