Co-op/Intern position
PTI is looking for a co-op or intern to join our team and assist on development projects in the areas of design, simulation, engineering, project management, tooling services, prototyping and quality testing. You will work directly with engineers and managers to learn and assist in development projects to ensure implementation, timelines, and analyze and report final data. The successful candidate is a self-starter, communicates well and can expect a hands-on experience.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with project planning
  • Preform and bottle design, simulation exercises
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline project execution
  • Attend customer calls, on-site trials of development
  • Perform quality testing, both on-site and in customer facilities
  • Prepare reports, data for review
  • Assist on a variety of assigned projects
Qualifications
  • Working towards a degree in Engineering or Packaging
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
