This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Performs general clerical duties such as handling the mail, filing, and sorting departmental paperwork.

  • Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and supports excess workload issues and scheduling.

  • Supports department managers in preparing for departmental activities such as making copies, collating handouts, and various other clerical duties.

  • Maintains and promotes positive working relationships with associates and management.

  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High school diploma

  • Ability to orally communicate effectively.

  • Attention to detail

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to represent a positive image

  • Two years of experience as Entry Clerk/Data Entry in a customs brokerage environment required
