AI Solutions Developer - Insurance Operations & Systems Integration
Los Angeles | Onsite
Pay Range: $100,000- $150,000 Per Year. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
Knight Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Solutions Developer to rapidly design, build, test, and deploy AI-driven business solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, underwriting workflows, and system integrations across the organization.
This role is ideal for a developer who combines strong technical skills with operational understanding of insurance systems and processes. The candidate must be able to quickly create internal tools, dashboards, reporting solutions, web applications, workflow automations, and API integrations using modern AI-assisted development platforms and technologies.
The developer will work closely with internal departments, external IT vendors, software providers, and operational teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Do as an AI Solutions Developer:
AI-Driven Application Development
